The Story of Us:
Years ago, God led us to a volunteer faith-based organization that fostered sibling groups, forever changing our lives. We were introduced to a world filled with turmoil, violence, and innocent children caught in the crossfire. Our priority became protecting these children from harm and providing them with a safe place to grow and thrive. We underwent training and inspections to open our home to at-risk youth.
As we began this journey, we quickly realized the instability these children faced. Their lives were filled with chaos—no stability, no family photos, and no keepsakes apart from those we could capture while they were with us. It’s heartbreaking to think that the only baby pictures they have are from their time with foster families.
Our home has become a revolving door due to the broken system, as many children return to chaos time and again. Thankfully, many of those we’ve fostered remain a part of our lives—a rare and precious connection. We believe that even a temporary investment in a child makes a lasting impact, showing them love and hope in their darkest moments.
We founded KKIDS, Inc. to fund our organization, as we do not receive government support. Our volunteer position allows us to provide a stable environment for these children without disrupting their parents' benefits. Our experience shows that parents are more receptive to letting their children stay in a safe home when they know our motivation is purely to help. We rely on your support to supplement our income as auctioneers and to care for these children and their families. Together, we can make a difference.
